In my opinion breakfast is the best and most important food to eat to start your day off. Scientist say that when you eat breakfast that it starts building up your metabolism; which is very healthy. my favorite thing to eat for breakfast is almost the same that the picture up above shows. My breakfast would contain the following: 2 sausage links, 2 eggs fried over-medium, 2 strips of bacon, toast, and finally to make it complete a cup of orange juice.
